You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Be returned in the original packaging
Include all accessories and components
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

* Free exchange
* Full refund
No return shipping fee will be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
2、Non-Quality Related Returns
2.1.If you wish to return an item because:
* You changed your mind
* Ordered the wrong size or color
* No longer need the item
* Your event was canceled
The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality related returns.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
2.2.Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Used products
* Items used for weddings, parties, catering events, baby showers, birthdays, or other special occasions
* Customized or personalized products
* Clearance or final sale items
2.3.Some Zumeler products are crafted from natural acacia wood
Natural variations in wood grain, texture, and color are unique characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
